母乳第三大營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)
HMOs(母乳低聚糖,Human Milk Oligosaccharides)是母乳中僅次于乳糖和脂類的第三大固體營養(yǎng)成分,在人乳中的含量比其他哺乳動物乳汁中高10~100倍,牛乳中低聚糖含量很少[1]。HMOs含量在初乳中最高,約為20~25g/L,成熟乳中含量約為5~20g/L[2]。目前已知的HMOs種類超過200種,已明確結(jié)構(gòu)的有100多種。這些HMOs具有各自特定的結(jié)構(gòu)和功能,主要分為中性巖藻糖基化HMOs(2′-FL、3-FL、DFL等)、中性非巖藻糖基化HMOs(LNT、LNnT、LNTrII、LNB等)和酸性唾液酸化HMOs(3′-SL、6′-SL等)[2]。
HMOs的國際應(yīng)用已逾多年。自2015年美國推出首款添加HMOs的嬰幼兒配方食品后,相關(guān)產(chǎn)品已登陸歐美、中東、亞太和拉美等全球160多個(gè)國家和地區(qū)。其應(yīng)用范圍廣泛,涵蓋嬰幼兒配方食品、成人營養(yǎng)品、乳制品、功能性飲料,以及消化健康相關(guān)的膳食補(bǔ)充劑和功能性食品。
